We aim to provide you with a first class service, and if there are any products you are looking for and can’t get in the UK, then do please ask us if we can get them for you, as we have a good supplier in the USA.

We are not affiliated with the manufacturers of any of the products we sell on the website, therefore we are not responsible for any claims or statements that the manufacturers make about their products. We cannot be held responsible for any changes in the product ingredients.
Shipping & returns
All items in stock will be posted out to you within 2 working days of your payment being received if you pay by Paypal, cash, or postal order, but very often on the same day. Orders paid for by cheque will be posted as soon as the cheque has cleared. Goods will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class post and a proof of posting will be obtained for all orders sent out. We post every day except Sundays. In the event that we have sold out of a particular item, you will be advised the approximate date it will be in stock, but the rest of your order will be sent to you immediately.
Goods will be sent to you in plain packaging, and will not have our company name or the name of any contents of your order anywhere. The bag will just have your name and address on it, and our address on the back in case of returns/non-delivered goods.
Our standard delivery charge is a flat rate of £3.99, and this covers one item or many items. We can deliver to your home or work address, whichever you choose to fill in on your account information form on the website.
In the unlikely event you are not happy with any items, you may send them back to us within 30 days as long as they are in a perfect resalable, unopened condition for a full refund (minus postage costs) These items must be returned by recorded delivery and the buyer must email us the tracking code. No refunds can be made if returned items go missing if we don’t have the recorded proof of delivery. Postage costs are not refundable.
